NEW TITLE UPDATE FOR F.E.A.R.™ AVAILABLE TODAY ON XBOX 360™ ENABLES TWO NEW GAME MODES
Three New Map Packs Available For Purchase Later This Summer Containing 12 New Maps
Los Angeles, CA - 06/25/2007 - Sierra Entertainment is providing fans of F.E.A.R.™ for Xbox 360™ additional multiplayer content to play this Summer. Starting today, Sierra is releasing two new game types called "Control" and "Conquer All" in F.E.A.R.'s first title-update. The title update enables Control and Conquer All game modes. The Control and Conquer All pack, available for free on Xbox Marketplace, updates the existing F.E.A.R. maps with the control points to play these new modes. Throughout the Summer, Sierra will release three new map packs titled Nightmare Pack, Synchronicity Pack and Bonus Pack. More details to come.
- Control – In Control there are three points that the player's team seeks to control. The object of the game is to seize and control these points for the most time whilst defending opponents from taking over.
- Conquer All – In Conquer All there are five control points on the map and players take control of the points the same way they would in a Control match. The goal is to capture all five control points at the same time. Failing to do so, the time of possession and team kills will determine the winner.
