I was hoping that this was a "Fluke" and not that they were cheaply made and contacted customer service to see if replacements could be sent. Was treated very poorly and accused of having my dogs put the holes in them even though the tags were still on the beds and I offered to send pictures.

My puppy LOVES it! She is small and this is pretty large but is great for playtime also.
It's soft for her and really well made with nice heavy fabric.
The cover zips off to wash which is helpful too. -
