Great shoe for climbing stairs because it resists flexing too much which prevents your foot from folding into the stairs if your pace is too fast. Also this rigidity makes driving a car difficult in traffic. Incredible traction descending very steep concrete ramps. Sole shows little wear if any after a few weeks use unlike many others.
