5.0 out of 5 stars. Old school waffle stompersReviewed by ADD-Rider from North Carolina on Monday, October 17, 2022I had a pair of these in the mid/late 90's. they were resoled twice. Lasted me 7-8 years! Found these about 2-1/2 years ago and bought two pair. One 1 wear (almost) every day and to work, on concrete, they're still holding up as good or better than some fairly high dollar European mountaineering boots that I occasionally wear. The other has about a week of break in time on them. Things to know... soak them and wear them till they dry, old school break-in. They are not "Gortex water proof" but a good coat of "snow seal" or keep them mink oiled regularly, they are fairly close. These are the longest lasting boots I have ever worn.

2.0 out of 5 stars. could be betterReviewed by Anonymous from north california on Thursday, October 6, 2022i have owned boots simular looking but these garbage the inner leather wore out at the toes within months the toung was miss alined making them painful to wear the inner sole deteriated quickly i have known that these boots take time to break in but with these defects they are unwearable. if i could accually pick the boots out my self from several pairs i might concider buying another pair if they were better quality like old school i would drop 350 400 bucks
