The heel is higher than I usually wear so after a few hours, I felt like I'd like to change into something a little lower. Overall, they are comfortable (just not as comfortable as the Born T Strap sandals with a similar heel height) and stable. I wouldn't wear them for heavy walking but I spend a lot of time sitting at my desk so they work great for me.
