I have all three sizes of this water bottle from Sierra Trading Post and use the middle sized 20 oz best for it's size. But for longer hikes, I will use the 32 oz. I do like the handle on the lid as well. I didn't think I would because it sticks out, but I find myself carrying the bottle by the handle as it is easier than holding the bottle itself and comfortable.
