I have been working on single ply roofs for 15 years and I have never been able to find pants that are legit waterproof and hold up. These are by far the best pants for water and wind I have found. I only wear a base layer under them. Just make sure to tuck a shirt in or the Velcro will rub you raw. That's my only gripe. Just get em!
