It's crystal clear, very easy to use, features two styles of object lighting plus a built-in flashlight - just in case. What could be more perfect for a child, an amateur naturalist, camper or explorer? For the money, I can't think of anything more fun. I've bought about 6 of these by now, and can always find more people to gift them to.
