I can't tell you if they were too big or too small but the top of the shoes dug into the skin and bones on the top of my feet and I took them off right away and sent them back.

LOVE the soft leather lining and cushioning of the outsole. Would not go running or hiking in these due to the fact that w/out laces, you won't get as snug a fit. But that's not what they're made for anyway! A shoe that goes just about everywhere! Good neutral color - and good color on the outsole - not stark white!
