Cushy foot bed. Has a very solid feel, but I have not work them extensively out of the house yet. Insole doe NOT come out, so I cannot use my orthotics without ripping it out.

The soles were not as comfortable as some of the other Cole Haan shoes. If I was looking for a shoe style -- specifically for a Navy outfit - these would have fit the bill. ..but I did not find them versatile enough.

True to size. The insole provides tremendous support. There was absolutely no breaking in necessary. On top of the perfect function the shoes are great looking. The color is a true navy which is hard to find in shoes.
