I really like this coat and I would have kept them both but this jacket was tight with a hoodie sweatshirt underneath... So it went back to ST. The color is great especially the bright orange lining. I'm sure it would have been fine for mild winter days in the northeast or colder weather if I could have worn it with layers.

It fits perfectly and is true to size which is sometimes a gamble when ordering apparel online. It’s warm and cozy, but not too heavy. I love the large pockets because it allows me to carry all my belongings without having to use a purse. The jacket is truly waterproof as the water droplets just roll off and the fabric stays dry. I could not recommend this jacket enough. This was my first purchase from Sierra Trading Co and it definitely won’t be my last!

It is similar to another raincoat I have from Columbia, but is lined with a warm soft material. The soft fleece hood is also awesome. In retrospect, the brown color I ordered is a little utilitarian looking. I think black, or another color, would have been more versatile for work or other settings.

DISAPPOINTED!Reviewed by Jane from Traverse City, Michigan on Friday, January 26, 2018The jacket itself is made very well BUT, I ordered this jacket in India Ink, real India ink is black, this coat came navy blue. And, in addition, the fleece in the photo APPEARS to be grey but, is actually bright white upon arrival! So, instead of getting a black jacket with grey fleece cuffs and hood lining, I got a navy blue coat with bright white fleece lining I do a lot of work with dogs and have two dogs. The last thing I need is white on a functional jacket I would be very suspect about the color representation that you see here. Mine was nothing like it was described. As well, I was disappointed to find, after speaking with a customer service representative, that I would be made to pay shipping for the return of the jacket even though what I received was not at all what was pictured on the site. I have purchased a lot from this company in the past and I can assure you that will stop if I am made to pay for return shipping on something that did not arrive even close to the way it was described above.
