It's very comfortable and fairly warm and it must look good because I've actually gotten several compliments while wearing it. Don't know if the reflective Thermal Coil on the inside actually does anything, but its more subdued than the tinfoil look of the reflective lining of some other Columbia jackets and the jacket is warm. The heavy zipper slides easily. I like the front pockets; even when they're not snapped, the angle keeps items like gloves from falling out. The zippered inside security pocket is nice, too, and large enough to fit a checkbook. The only minor negative is the white Columbia name embroidered on the chest; wish it was more subdued and didn't stand out quite so much.
