5.0 out of 5 stars. PerfectVerified Buyer Reviewed by Lala from Calgary on Wednesday, December 18, 2019Perfect backpack for me. Before ordering I knew what size I needed/wanted, which was helpful as the back panel of this backpack is not adjustable. That's the only downfall in this pack but for me, it wasn't an issue. It is well made, can open the front panel (love this access point instead of forever stuffing and unstuffing from the top), and is so pretty :) Love it so much.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Great pack except for the quality of materialsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from FL on Monday, May 27, 2019I'm very happy with this pack and the way it is organized but it was damaged in transit the first time I traveled with it. I think some of the materials may not be designed to withstand rough handling. While traveling - either flying or taking long distance bus rides - we expect a certain degree of durability from the pack. It is not simply going to be used while trekking. The top section was ripped up badly and there are scuffs in the fabric in a few other places. Some of my stuff in the pack also got damaged as a result.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Perfect so farVerified Buyer Reviewed by mustangame2 from Tampa, FL on Wednesday, January 9, 2019Bought this for my daughter to start prep hikes for the AT. Nothing long-distance yet, but with the few short walks she did to get everything adjusted correctly, this pack seems to be a winner.

5.0 out of 5 stars. WonderfulVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from New Hampshire on Tuesday, November 13, 2018I don’t often write reviews, this might be my first ever. If you’re going to travel this is perfect backpack. I keep finding more things a love about it. I didn’t even know that it came with a day pack, the bottom compartment is perfect size for a 3-season tent, my hammock and it’s straps, and my camping towel. There’s even extra room. And you can choose to have this compartment be separate from the main one or not. The part for your easy-to-get items has everything one would need, the pockets on the waistband make everything easier—I could go on. It’s all so intuitive. Very much recommend.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great backpackVerified Buyer Reviewed by Tjm from California on Tuesday, October 30, 2018I ordered this on a whim without seeing it in person and Gregory never fails. I use to have the Amber 60 which I traveled with through Europe and was perfect. I wanted something a bit smaller so this was perfect. It’s spacious and has lots of entry ports. Love the color.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Good packVerified Buyer Reviewed by first time backpacker from Utah on Thursday, June 14, 2018I used this on a 24 mile back packing trip. It has some very nice features, including the front zipper, day pack, and drawstring system. It distributed weight nicely.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Cute bag but I received a dudVerified Buyer Reviewed by Calculsuh1 from Los Angeles on Saturday, February 24, 2018I like the color and size but I received a defective bag. I bought this bag intending to use it for a week long trip to Cambodia. The load stabilizer straps behind your shoulders were incredibly low. I own two other Gregory packs, one in small and the other in x-small and the stabilizers fit me and are in the right place on those bags, but not this one. I think Gregory made a mistake with the Jade's load stabilizer placement.
