It is perfect for weather in the 30's or 40's - or even colder if I wear a sweater under it. The zipper can be difficult to start sometimes - possibly because I am short (5'2").
Actually, most people my height would find this coat too long. The sleeves go past my hands - but I don't mind because it keeps my hands warm. Also the pockets are a bit low for me to comfortably reach the bottom of them. Probably a better coat for someone 5'6" or taller.
I removed the fur on the hood; I think the coat looks much better without it. The hood could be deeper, but it does stay on pretty well in windy conditions.
I think the coat looks pretty classy. It is very good for rainy, cold days. The pockets are wonderfully deep and spacious - handy for walking dogs. Also, it is machine washable! I haven't needed to wash it yet - but this is a plus.

I'm 120 lbs and 5'8" and usually struggle with jackets fitting me around, but not length. This jacket (small) fits and the sleeves are a perfect length. The inside of the bottom of the sleeves is lined with the same fabric that's around the neck and hood for extra warmth. I've worn it in the freezing rain or just breezy cold days, and I just love it. It's not so thick that you can't put your arms all the way down, but I would feel fine wearing it walking in freezing temps. The gray color is great, too. It goes with everything without being the basic black. I've had several compliments, and it's just a cozy jacket. Also, just an incredible value. 5 stars!

It keeps me warm, even on the -20 degree Minnesota mornings. I also like the fleece lining in the hood. My one complaint is the zipper! Not a fan of the dual zipper system. It's hard to get started, but it does stay secure once it's zipped. Overall, I'm very pleased! It may help too that I've gotten several compliments on it.

The sleeves were at least two inches too long. If that were all, I would have considered having them taken up by a tailor. But the hood! The faux "fur" is very poor quality - looks like a dead raccoon found on the side of the road - and stuck out at a weird angle to the shape of the hood. And the hood itself was too large for my head/face. Otherwise, it fit very well and seemed like it would be really warm for a Virginia winter. Oh, well.
