It's perfect for the mild climate where we live since we only need a windbreaker and rain jacket most of the time. It's not insulated or lined, so if you're seeking warmth, this won't add much, but it's a great layer to put on top so that your kiddo will stay dry.

The material isnt loud and rubbery feeling. They havent been worn in heavy rains so i dont know how dry they will stay but in light rains they have kept my girls dry and happy.
