The directions say to soak one's boots in a "capful" solution of the shampoo. (Why is the cap that's provided the sort that would encourage squirting of the product, then?) I'm still deciding if I have courage enough to do that, or to try a slightly different approach. Minus one star for the cap confusion, and a second star for the suggested application.
