I am 5'2" 117 lbs ordered an Xs like I usually do and I couldn't really even get them on. They are oddly constructed in the waist with very little stretch.

I bought them for Zumba and other exercise during the winter months. They are comfortable and do not ride up or down during rigorous exercise. They also offer enough compression to be flattering without binding or pinching. I am 5'3" and about 110 lbs, and the XS fits well, but the S would probably also fit comfortably.

I'm 5' 10", 160 lbs and ordered a large. The waistband rolls a bit if I bend over, but I'm hoping once I lose the gut this won't be an issue! I ordered 2 more pairs :)
