4.0 out of 5 stars. For summer trailsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Great Northwest from Shelton WA. on Friday, October 7, 2016Tired of rocks in my boots. These will prevent the debris from the trail from getting into the boot. The only thing I didn't like about the boot the ties that go underneath the boot are pretty a weenie. So I have to upgrade to replace those. Price was pretty much the going rate at other outdoor stores but I needed to add something to my shopping list to get the item that was discounted. I would recommend again for some or use on the trail to keep debris from getting down into your boot.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Great light duty gaiterReviewed by The Dude from Sierra Trading Post on Thursday, August 25, 2016I bought these to attempt to keep mulch, soil, etc outside of my foot wear, while still allowing me to wear breathable boots and shoes during my summer work outside. They're light and not hot. Quality build, although haven't spent too many hours in them. My only complaint is my own. I bought these to to pair with shorts and the top bad is tight (not too tight) but it has little grip or friction to stay up on my legs. I imagine there would be little problem when worn outside pant legs but I won't know until mushroom hunting season on that. Cheers.

4.0 out of 5 stars. What I was looking forVerified Buyer Reviewed by ADKer from Adirondacks on Sunday, June 5, 2016I needed a Gaiter to keep trail debri from getting in my boots and this Gaiter worked great on an 8 hour bushwack. The fasteners kept the gaiters securely closed and the lightweight fabric is durable and not too warm. I haven't worn them in rain yet so I can't comment on their water resistance. I wear a men's size 8.5 and the S/M was a good fit.
