The flexfit also makes it fit well even with several different snap adjustment levels. Comfortable and feels like high quality material. One thing to be aware of though, the fit at the front (by the logo) is a pretty high ledge, as opposed to a cap that rounds off the whole way around your head. Just a different style, good or bad depending on your preference. Personally I don't mind as it's similar to most modern hats that you see.
