5.0 out of 5 stars. Perfect for backpacking trip!

Just used this on a 3-day backpacking trip. Worked perfectly! Easy to use, lots of bells and whistles (some that you can remove). Definitely didn't need to use all the space. Hip band is almost too big, even when cinched down as far as it could go (for slim 11-year old boy who weighs 72 pounds). Other than that, perfect!

Great backpack. Plenty of features like integral rain cover make this kid friendly pack a winner.

Haven't used it yet, but looks to be a great purchase for my son to use on hiking trips. Gregory makes nice packs, and I'm excited for him to have his own pack that will work while he continues to grow.

About Gregory

After designing his first backpack as a Boy Scout at the age of 14, Wayne Gregory dedicated his career to making outstanding gear, a mission that eventually led him to create Gregory Mountain Products in 1977. From the beginning, Gregory backpacks have been engineered using a combination of field research and customer feedback in order to enhance durability, fit and function. The brand has pioneered many industry firsts, such as multiple pack sizes with different frame, harness and waist belt dimensions. They also developed the first waist belt system that offered a variety of hip angles. Not surprisingly, Gregory backpacks have been praised in a wide range of publications, from Backpacker magazine to National Geographic Adventure.
