When I first put them on, I didn't know if it was going to work. I had to put them on like you put on panty hose or tights, but thicker fabric. They fit really tight on me in the lower leg, knee and well everywhere. I didn't think they would work on a curvy, athletic butt either. Once on and adjusted, I look super hot in them! I have run many times in them and done a very active PIYO class. They washed very well- no pillage (no dryer). I love the color and fabric, too!
