The heel is the most comfortable out there. This particular pair of boots are stiff at the ankle and cut into the front of the leg. Otherwise these are a great boot, nice color and comfortable heel. Sad to say I sent them back.

Get complements on them all the time :) They are slightly tight at first but with a couple wears, they become so comfortable! I usually wear size 9 or 10. Got these in 9.5 and they fit great!
