4.0 out of 5 stars. US 9 = EU 44: These run REALLY small!Reviewed by Johnny_Temperance from Austin, TX on Thursday, July 7, 2016I will leave a more extensive review when i get more time in these shoes but wanted to share some initial thoughts. I read multiple reviews before ordering and how small these shoes run. STP recommended EU 42 for US 9, and I initially ordered an EU 43 because everyone commented on how small these ran. Got them and they were still snug, STP exchanged them for an EU44, which fit well. I used them on a ride today for 60 min and they were great, very comfortable, no numbness. All good so far.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great Shoe but run very smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Bucks County, PA on Tuesday, July 5, 2016I ordered a 44 in these and they were so small I couldn't even get them on. I love the style, though, great for a ride into town and no one will know you're walking around the grocery store in cleats. Buy one or even two size larger.

4.0 out of 5 stars. cute and comfyVerified Buyer Reviewed by Andy in Maine from Maine on Tuesday, June 28, 2016These are an improvement over other MTB shoes I've had: relatively good for walking, and firm for pedaling. They do run a bit small. A little touchy to clip in with my pedals, but solid once connected.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Comfort at a great priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Robert from Hawaii on Wednesday, May 11, 2016Great shoe that does everything really well. It's a lace up so that tells you it's not top of the line. my usual ride can't handle a side ratchet so these are my solution. They are made by shimano but branded pearl izumi. I usually wear a 10.5 and these are a 45... Great fit.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Runs smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Clear-a-path from Arizona on Friday, April 1, 2016I normally ware a men';s size 9, which STP converted to a 42. The first pair i got were an entire size small so they were returned and replaced with a size 43 (STP men's 10). I'm not sure how other sizes run. Overall good quality shoe, seems well made and lite, i expect them to last a while.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Runs slightly smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by NjSpin from Southern NJ on Monday, February 22, 2016This model from Pearl Izumi is one of my go to shoes for riding outside and into the Spin room. Great shoe overall. I've got 4 similar models from the past 4 years. This is the tightest pair so far. Every other shoe (non-bike) I've bought in the last year has been slightly larger than I've worn the last 20+ years so I know my feet aren't growing. Hoping they stretch a bit in time for summer use.
