4.0 out of 5 stars. warm but unflatteringVerified Buyer Reviewed by pau21 from Cleveland, OH on Thursday, February 7, 2019This coat had thick down filling, and as a result seemed very warm. In addition, it was lined with soft fleece on the upper part of the torso, adding to the coziness factor. However, the material of the coat seemed a little soft and limp, which made the coat shapeless and droopy. I think a different quilting pattern would have given the coat a little more structure. Finally, the zipper did not seem especially good quality. I ended up preferring a similar product, the Eddie Bauer Lodge Down Parka, for its sharper, more put together look.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Very Puffy!Verified Buyer Reviewed by MichiganderJ from Michigan on Monday, January 28, 2019Very warm and puffy. Full sized hood. I am 5’6” 130 lbs. with long arms and the medium fit well with a fuzzy fleece under it. A small would also fit if not for wearing layers underneath.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Awesome coatVerified Buyer Reviewed by Angie from Richmond on Monday, January 21, 2019This coat is very perfect for me. I’m 5’1” 120lbs and the small fit me perfectly. It has everything that I am looking for, for a coat..fur,long length, with hood, water resistant and good for cold weather. This is an awesome find. I will buy a different color if only there’s an option. It’s worth every penny. At first I was hesitant to buy anything from “siera trading post” in general due to some negative reviews..but I would say give them a chance and give their items a try. Mine arrived fast. Only took I guess less than 5days. The item was packaged well. If for some reason, your item(s) is not what you expected, you can always return it.
Thanks Sierra Trading Post for this wonderful coat. ?? -
3.0 out of 5 stars. perfect from the middle rib cage downVerified Buyer Reviewed by prider from Colorado on Saturday, January 12, 2019I wanted to keep this jacket so bad! It's so warm and snuggly but it was just too tight across the chest! I'm a 36 B and it was just too tight-I am so bummed because it's exactly what I was looking for but didn't want to feel that pull across my chest.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great coat but runs smallReviewed by Niusha from NY on Thursday, January 10, 2019I got this down jacket for christmas and I really like it. I am 5 2 and 102 lb. It is pretty snug and I don't see myself layering chunky sweaters under it but that is okay as it is so fluffy and warm.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great fitting warm coatVerified Buyer Reviewed by MdwstRckhnd from South Dakota on Friday, January 4, 2019This coat is awesome, and couldn't resist the great deal, it was on sale big time and had a gift certificate. My measurements are chest 33, waist 25, hips 34, weight 113, size small is perfect, 5'4" hits right at knees, a little more snug than I thought after trying on other small Marmot coats, but totally fine, just can't layer a ton under, which is fine as it's warm. Love the soft lining in torso, and the fleece cuffs. Zipping has been fine, just a bit more effort with the long length. The hood is nice as well, can be worn with or without fur and hood is removeable as well. Overall super happy with this as Midwest winter's can get pretty bitter and this will help and last a long time.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Marmot Down Coat - too smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from MO on Tuesday, January 1, 2019This coat is high quality and I loved it, however the XS was too small. I am a size 0-2 and usually wear an XS in tops and coats, so I thought this would fit correctly. It definitely runs small - especially through the hips! The coat arrived quickly as well. Sadly I had to return.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Fine coat, runs smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Michelle R from Wisconsin on Saturday, December 29, 2018I purchased two Marmot down coats in two different styles. This had a thinner, windbreaker type fabric and ran considerable smaller than the other. I also didn't care for velvet like accents. This one I returned.
