5.0 out of 5 stars. Great purchaseVerified Buyer Reviewed by Happy Customer from Alabama on Saturday, April 16, 2016I'm not a runner, I enjoy working out with weights and after receiving these shoes I was eager to get into the gym. They did great! I've even been inspired to get on the treadmill and I feel like these shoes really help step up my running game. They are really comfortable! The arch is in the perfect place for my foot and the shoe forces you to keep your weight in your heels. I will say my ancles were a little sore after wearing for a few days. I normally wear a 7 but ordered a 6.5 and they fit great! Would Def recommend.

2.0 out of 5 stars. SqueakerVerified Buyer Reviewed by Pamela from Texas on Friday, March 11, 2016This shoe is very comfortable but both of the shoes squeak when I walk. This sound is very annoying.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Kind of pillowyReviewed by Vortex from Georgia on Friday, January 29, 2016My normal shoe size is 8.5-9 and for running shoes I usually go up 0.5-1 size so I got these Cloudsurfers in 9.5 (a new brand for me but recommended for my excercise style). I think the sizing is accurate and also think I could have been fine with a 9. The shoes are roomy from heel to toes so if your foot is narrow you might find that there is too much wiggle room. I chose the raspberry color but it was a difficult choice between that and the grey; it's not neon-like but will get you noticed (in a positive way).
The mesh fabric is soft and the shoes required no breaking in. On the first day I wore them to work (sitting-walking) and later to the gym for some elliptical training and had no issues with fit or comfort. I'm very much a heel striker so it'll be interesting to see what kind of wear pattern will show up. Decidedly a different feel from minimalist shoes but also not overly bouncy. Somehow I had expected a trampoline effect but it wasn't the case but I felt I had a little spring in my step.
My only concern is how well the mesh will hold, i.e. at what point will my big toe poke through the mesh. There seems to be fabric "guard" close to the big toe area but at least in my case it is positioned slightly off from my toe so exactly helping much.
There is some arch support but if you need more then you might want to check other shoes. As said I felt that these are roomy shoes so you might be able to fit in orthodotics if needed.
