Fortunately, I have a similar pair, so I am looking forward to wearing these more when my feet are back to normal

Also, the quick laces seemed more of an inconvenience than actually tying a shoe! They were very long &a it took some time to roll them & tuck them in the tongue pocket. I returned them.

I'm mostly a serious walker, but these shoes, that subtly roll the weight forward, have me doing a little jogging again. They fit comfortably right out of the box. A really well-made shoe that's already seen many miles. Glad I tried them.

Poor arch support and stiffness make for a poor shoe. Salomon, I still love ya but this is not your best work.

I bought them because of the quick lace system, but I have to tell you, the jury's still out on that. I have trouble tying shoes because nerve damage has left my fingers less than 100% functional. These lace up fast, but it took me several tries (with damaged fingers) to manipulate the tightener. Then there's what to do with the extra lace once tightened. YouTube showed me the trick of rolling and stashing, but it requires finger dexterity that I don't have, so I figured another way. But, if you don't roll and stash the extra lace under the tongue flap, it tends to loosen as you walk. So, perfect? No. Pretty good? Yes.
