Now that I've tried it on, I am pleased with it. It is super duper lightweight with a little stretch and has some really cute details. It's a nice length just above the knee, a higher than usual neckline and a cute bow in the back that gathers the neck. I'll probably have to wear a criss-cross strap bra with it or I'll be fiddling with the straps all day. Small price to pay for looking so adorable!

The neckline is definitely cute, especially with the tie a bit loose in the back. I'm returning it because the mesh fabric looks cheap.

It's lightweight and super flattering, and the cut looks nothing like the the photo. It is a little more form fitting, but not skin tight. The material is lightweight and will be perfect for SoCal summer heat. Others have mentioned a strange collar - I guess it can be gathered if you want to cinch it or do something else with it; I just tied it and it looks like a regular collar. Great little work dress!

The tie at the back of the neck is actually a draw-string that goes through a casing all the way around the neck, so it can end up "gathered" in the front.
The dress does not have any shape, and the tie-belt doesn't help much.
Not at all what I was hoping for. -

But the design makes it nice cuteness to it. However around the front neck, the design is a bit odd. You cannot see it in the picture, but mine came with a little gathering all way in the frond and I am having a hard time making it look right. I like it enough that I am keeping it, but I will probably have to do some touch up stitching. It looks bit too lumpy as is.
