  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Excellent boots for the money

I own 4 pairs of Nocona boots, all made in the USA. These were made in Mexico and don't seem to be quite the quality of the American made boots but the price is about half the cost of my other pairs so that could be the difference. The fit and comfort are the same and for the price I would recommend them to anyone.

  • 1.0 out of 5 stars. Severe let down

I ordered these boots expecting them to be like the other four pairs of Nocona boots, some which I have worn for m0re than 20 years. These are poor quality by comparison to all the others in my closet. And they did not fit. They were almost a half inch longer than a size 11 square toe Nocona boot I wear frequently and purchased from STP a year or so ago. Nocona must have designed these boots to look like a pair that have outlived their utility. A gigantic disappointment.

Poor feel and fit...not in the same league as Ariat or Twisted X

About Nocona

Back in 1920's, when most women were either dancing the night away or hard at work tending hearth and home, Miss Enid Justin was busy starting a company called Nocona boots. Having worked by her father's side since the age of twelve and learning the fine art of boot-making, she was in a good position to do so. Wildcatters liked the fine craftsmanship and attention to detail in this boots - qualities that soon made Nocona the boot of choice for hardworking western men and women. Today, Nocona boots are still made tough enough for cattle drives and handsome enough for the dance floor. Whether you're an urban cowboy, rodeo queen, or working the wide open range, let Nocona boots and belts bring a little piece of the old West to any outfit.
