I bought this jacket for my husband and he absolutely loves it! It's very warm, but at the same time, very lightweight. He can wear it both to work with business slacks and also with jeans or hiking. It's very versatile. I originally bought him a medium, but then we traded it in for a large. He is 6-foot, 180 pounds, and the medium was quite tight on his back and arms. I would size up a little bit. He usually wears medium in all shirts, but in this jacket he did need the large.

Conceived in a university dorm room by a pair of climbing buddies, Marmot Mountain Works first opened its doors in the spring of 1974 in Grand Junction, Colorado. At the time, the base of operations was a 100-year-old stone building.
