My daughter wears a 2.5, so I ordered a 3. It was too small, so I exchanged it for a 4. It was also too small. It would be ridiculous to purchase a 5 for a child who wears a 2.5. The outside of the boot appears accurately sized, so I am guessing that they have a very thick lining. My daughter's feet are not wide.
