5.0 out of 5 stars. Awesome wool socksVerified Buyer Reviewed by JD from Texas on Monday, September 23, 2019I have worn this brand of socks for several years. They have proven themselves time and again. Bridgedale wool socks are comfortable as well as long lasting. These particular ones are somewhat padded in the foot and extend well over the calf. I wear these socks year round, they keep my feet cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Accurate sizing scale on these socks.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Super good value!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Matthew the Hobbler from Colorado on Saturday, January 12, 2019I’m not much of a skier but I do love me some cozy socks. Living in a Colorado mountain town, this winter has had it’s share of snowy days and these socks are wonderful for fitting in books while providing warmth up to the knee and drying out after taking on the occasional snow blob. Sizing is as expected and I haven’t really noticed any cosmetic issues. Definitely recommend.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Terrible QualityReviewed by Maddie the Skier from Utah on Friday, October 12, 2018Would be decent socks if they weren't "seconds". These just aren't "minor flaw" seconds. The elastic cuff at the calf wasn't sewn and is missing stitching and just flaps lose on half of the cuff. There are two sections on the socks where the threads have nearly come apart! These socks are junk and SHOULD NOT BE SOLD, even as seconds. Disappointed in Sierra Trading post for offering this type of product.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great value.Reviewed by kspo from Steamboat Springs CO on Saturday, February 24, 2018Warm, over the calf, comfy in my ski boots, $7. . .can't go wrong. As warm and well constructed as ski socks I have paid 3x as much for.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Excellent Sock but flawedVerified Buyer Reviewed by akgal57 from Alaska on Friday, December 8, 2017I knew these were seconds and had purchased before and the flaw had been minimum. These were significant enough that I bought some yarn to repair them so that the hole that was not knitted properly would not grow.
