I bought two pairs of lg/ exlg gloves. The fit is horrible. They hurt you hands. These things are slippery went wet. I cannot recommend these at all.
  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Runs very small

Grippy coating and knit stretches, but the XXl gloves aren't even close to an XL. Fit my son who wears a large. Fingers run short as well. would make good ladies yard gloves, for petite hands only.
  • 1.0 out of 5 stars. Not so great

These didn't last me a day before they started to pill. By the end of the week they were shot and I got rid of them. They are probably fine for chores around the house but don't expect them to last if you plan to work in these all day at a job. I handle boxes all day and these were just a waste of money.

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Great for stacking firewood

Bought the XL size for my husband who wanted them for stacking firewood, however they fit me perfectly, not him. I'm typically a women's glove size 7.5. Keeping them for myself. The rubber is thick with ridges to help w gripping. Will be great for gardening and general yard work.

About Carhartt

Founded in 1889, the family-owned business started out in Detroit, Michigan with just two sewing machines and five employees. During The First World War, the company made uniforms for the US military and also manufactured work clothing for the Navy during WWII. Today, Carhartt clothing is still known for robust fabrics, top-notch construction and a great fit.
