Then, I turned around and bought two more. They are easier to use with sport coats.

However, I didn't find it terribly awkward as a previous reviewer. Love the large clear window for a quick and easy view of the contents. Quality as good as any for this price. I'd buy them again. Recommended.

A front zipper makes it easy to put clothes into the bag. The Whitmor Garment Bag, on the other hand, zips open across the top, requiring dropping clothes into the bag. Dropping a suit into the bag sounds much simpler than it is in fact. The main problem is that the bag does not open wide enough to prevent catching the edge of the clothes and wrinkling. Once in--no mean feat- the bag functions like any other garment bag except it is slightly shorter than most bags I have used. The length makes it impractical to store a top coat or even a car coat. I purchased these bags because of the clear top, which is convenient for identifying the contents without having to unzip the bag to see what is inside. I like this feature, but the convenience is out-weighed by the inconvenience of inserting clothes.
