5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Shoes, really my favoriteVerified Buyer Reviewed by Rodney Foil Surfer from Oregon on Sunday, February 24, 2019Having two ankle surgeries and two knee surgery on the other leg I found footwear to be very important. I wear these everyday in the Fall, Winter and Spring. I did get custom insoles and I'm happy with the combo. I bought at least one size bigger, maybe 1.5 larger and that's working out as well.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great City ShoeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Queens, NY on Saturday, August 5, 2017I just bought 4 pair on sale, fearing that they are being discontinued. They are the most comfortable and well cushioned boot on the market. I wish they would continue with this model. I see they have another model out, but the cushioning is NOT PLUSH as is the Summit model. Good thing I have 4 new pair in my closet. I get about 700 miles out of them on concrete. When I get mine I replace the insole with Dr. Scholl's gel, but in a Birkenstock sport insole and change the laces to stronger ones.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great hiking bootVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Maine on Wednesday, July 5, 2017I have a neuroma in my foot and these boots help. I wear them daily and go hiking in them. I've put them to the test, on the Appalachian trail, long trail, and other trails in New England. They've been holding up fine, but I have had to put shoe goo on the toe sections. Lacing system could be better, and they are waterproof to a certain point. Traction is excellent, never slip once on dry or wet rock. Breathable and very comfortable. Also roomy toebox. I do hope and look forward to future hiking boots from hoka.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Soft heel but OK for my purposesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Farmer Jim from Tennessee on Thursday, June 29, 2017The heel of these is softer than I would ideally like. I like firm support in the heel. Also, the inner lining of the right boot is cutting into my arch, making things a bit uncomfortable, but I think that will go away with a little more use. The rest looks to be pretty well constructed. The price is good so I bought a second pair. I'm wearing these for general work around our rural place. I don't think I would be satisfied with this soft a heel on a long hiking or walking experience, but for my purposes they will work.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Hoka HeyVerified Buyer Reviewed by Wawasee Dude from Indiana on Friday, April 7, 2017Hiking boot that's close to a sneaker. Good for casual wear. True to size. Thick socks might go up half size. Don't know about water proofing but sprayed them with silicone, will also help to keep leather nice.
