5.0 out of 5 stars. Great but unusualVerified Buyer Reviewed by Sweb from Cal on Saturday, May 6, 2017Looks like this fabric was too expensive to survive the market generally. It is what it says a generous size large for me 5 10 160 easy to layer. Fabric is not too crinkly some stretch or give like a thin softshell waterproof jacket with zipper on other side Eropean style. For me this is a very functional jacket at stp price.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Marker unlined shellVerified Buyer Reviewed by alpine skier from Colorado on Wednesday, March 15, 2017Overall, quality and fit are as expected. Hard shell fabric feels sturdy so should wear well. The fit is athletic so pretty trim fit, limited room for layering. About the only complaint is related to the zippers. It can be tedious to get started zipping from bottom. Easy to get off track if you are in a hurry. Maybe it will break in over time?

3.0 out of 5 stars. Not enough room for layeringReviewed by PA-Skier from PA on Monday, January 30, 2017Fit is a bit tight - does not really leave enough room for thick fleece or down mid layer (I am 5.8 with P38 chest and bought small). Otherwise a decent shell. Waterproof - put under running water for a few minutes and it just runs off without sipping inside even at seams. Could not really test breathability, as sending back for exchange to a medium

4.0 out of 5 stars. Solid HardshellVerified Buyer Reviewed by Benny the camper from Michigan on Monday, November 7, 2016Great hard shell, but I'm suspect that this was branded NeoShell. Feels like any other 3 layer WP/B shell rather than the soft faced fleece. Trim cut with pack compatible pockets and pit zips. Kept me dry inside and out on short walks around the block with the pup. Haven't had an opportunity to test it on a strenuous hike yet.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great hard shellReviewed by Benny the camper from Michigan on Friday, October 28, 2016First impressions. Great, more traditional feel hard shell compared to its cousin the Pumphouse. Feels like a 3 layer WP/B jacket rather than a hard coated fleece like the pumphouse. Well built, full coverage jacket that doesn't leave you exposed reaching/stretching/moving. Hood adjusts easily for full coverage without a helmet. Zippers are smooth. Pit zips are double zippered at opposite ends rather than together which is different, but allows greater control of ventilation.
