I've been struggling with plantar fascitis for a while now and my old Naots have been one pair of shoes that have always been comfortable. Unfortunately, these size 41s are just a tich small for my usually 41 feet so will be handed down to my daughter.

Another customer reported the shoes run a bit small so ordered a size 38 (I wear a 6.5 to 7) and the footbed is perfect. I wish I had chosen a style with some kind of a buckle/velcro as the straps could be a little tighter. Haven't worn them yet except around the house.

I thought they ran a little small and the elastic on the top really bothered me. The more I had them on (first day I wore them) I realized that the sandals fit perfectly and the elastic top became more comfortable the longer I had them on. I do wonder how the elastic will wear over time, but like all Naot Sandals they are very comfortable and provide exceptional support.
