When they arrive I tried them on immediately and they do feel warm. They have a lot of features that I like. I will say that I wasn't impressed with the fact that when I got them out of the box and undid the buttons one of them fell off immediately. But they did send an extra button as replacement as if they knew something would fall off. They feel comfortable and the legs run a little wider. It was true to my waist size, I got a medium and it fit my 32 waist.

It was ranged from -15 to 20 degrees Fahrenheit, with strong winds, and I wore these over long underwear and a pair of thin pajama pants and was never cold.
