They're gorgeous with subtle variations and a nice texture (that shockingly, the cats aren't interested in turning into their latest scratching post). They do tend to bunch up on both the linoleum and wood floor so you need some sort of non-slip pad. If you're using them next to a door, be sure there's some room between the bottom of the door and the top of the rug. They're thick!
