Thanks people
OMG when I called CS to tell them to change the description to a solid shoe size. HOLY [...] I got the worst CS service in the 15 years of service. I was amazed
- My point - No not paying shipping back then for the mistakes of the store and description on this web page - OH NO YOU HAVE TO SPEAK UP LADIES - There are no GODS where I live
I never paid for shipping back and forth and two changes in fact pair 37 and 36 both TOO LARGE. Then the customer serv review emails gag me for a stupid boot that looked like a skinned animal and no the boot has issues- NO ankle support so that strap is no Harley boot tell u - you gamble -

They seem to be a little narrow, which is a good thing for my daughter. She says they are comfortable. They are pretty slouchy at the top on her, but she also has big feet and incredibly thin legs. They look super cute with leggings or jeans.
