4.0 out of 5 stars. seamed like a hatReviewed by Boot Dad from The cold north on Wednesday, December 18, 2013It's a comfortable hat, fits well. I expected it to be a more round hat and not have a big seam down the middle. I like it a lot besides that.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice HatReviewed by Anonymous from Bozeman, MT on Tuesday, November 19, 2013Bought this hat for my husband. Fits very well. Comes down over his ears but not too far. The fleece liner is nice and soft, but It wasn't super warm in windy weather. Good hat for cold days but not a lot of wind protection as it's slightly on the thin side.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Perfectly suited for my needsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jimbo from Enfield, NH on Wednesday, January 16, 2013Great wool hat at a great price (<$10). Last time we went up to Burlington, VT to do Christmas shopping I was reminded that the 50-degree forecast doesn't include what feels like different microclimates if you're on the shady side of the street or one that is perpendicular to Lake Champlain. This will be stowed in my fall jacket for next time! Not that you can't get a nice wool beanie hat there, you just can't get one for less than $40.
