I wear an 8-10 and ordered a medium. It fits well. The wide band is comfortable and sits at the hip. I am 5'8" and the length is about 2-3 inches above the knee. Nice fabric. Like the detail.

I got a small and it fits perfectly (reviews on other sites claiming it runs big proved true as I am normally a medium). The skirt is a bit see-through at the bottom (where there is only one layer of fabric), but not indecently so. It's light-weight and hits just above my knee. I think it will be comfortable and easy to pair with shirts in the spring/summer.
