The straps were tight at first, but stretched out to my foot with in the first wear. I didn't know they also have a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer! They are very comfortable, and fit true to size. The thong part is wrapped in soft leather and not plastic or rubber like some brands. I appreciate that since sometimes they rub my feet raw. The foot bed is soft and durable. Great sandals for the price!
