Serves its purposeReviewed by Archygrl from Colorado on Wednesday, July 27, 2016I broke my foot this spring. 5 months later, the foot and ankle still swell pretty badly into a total cankle and I have a big red ugly scar on the side. Anyway, I wanted to be able to wear some kind of sandal while camouflaging the post-op ugliness. These serve that purpose. They are fairly easy to slide on and off and the leather is super soft. However, the leather is also SUPER thin. I'd suggest being very gentle shimmying these on. Pre-accident, I was a solid women's 8, 8.5 if I wanted a little toe room...the swollen foot is now more like a 9. I purchased both the 8s and 9s and each fit - the 8s are little snug on the fat foot and the 9s are little floppy on the normal foot. All and all, I'm very pleased with these leather sandals and for the price, I'm glad I got both the tan and the black.
