I read all the reviews and thought I will take a chance, can always return. Well it was my lucky day. I ordered an 8/38. I am really a 7.5, but order 8 in boots for extra room. I don't have extra room, they fit perfect. However, I would say they run small because I should have extra room. Based on other reviews, I do see what people are talking about the fabric in the toe area. It is the thick fabric lining and the way it is folded and sown in that takes up the extra space. But I can tell this extra fabric will keep the toes warm. The boot shaft is also narrow, which does work for me. If you have large calves, don't order.

I was so excited to receive this product, but I could only wear them for a few days. At the point where the polished portion of the boot meets meets the upper portion (back side, right above the back of my ankle, the boots started to dig in and left a terrible bruise and scar. I simply can't wear them, even though I love the look of them. I am so disappointed that this happened.

I got these, in my usual size 9, and one fit fine. Unfortunately the other boot had the defect another reviewer mentions -- massive amounts of excess rigid fabric over the toe box making it impossible to get the boot on (and if I could, it would likely hurt when worn.) From the labels on the box, these had been sent out TWICE before my purchase. And returned. And those customers didn't say squat about the problem. Meaning I waited over a week to get boots for an upcoming trip, that should never have been put back in inventory, while the last 3 pairs sold out... only to have to send this defective pair back, because others weren't conscientious. pfft. The defect is such you can feel it with your foot (or hand), immediately; it's not a princess and the pea kind of problem. They're good looking boots, but also only getting 1 star because the insulation is only in the foot, not up the leg. They're supposed to be good down to 0, and they are warranted 6 months. Good luck.

I really liked these boots but like another reviewer the liner in one of the boots was so scrunched up and distorted I had to send them back. I did reorder and am awaiting a new pair hoping not to have the same problem. The boot fits a little narrow and you definitely need to order a size up. I have a narrow foot so that was okay for me. I'm awaiting my next pair and will update my review when I receive the new pair of boots.

This boot has a sleek design and is very attractive. It is insulated. Unfortunately, the boot did not fit my size 11 foot.
