Covered with balls and pills. It came directly from the box with tags on it so I assume its just a flaw in the fabric. I'm not happy but I'm not going to ship it back again.

Fits true to size; I am 5'2" and 105# and the XS is great. Color is beautiful - mix of colors is dressy yet functional.
