You feel warmer as soon as you pull it on - seriously, it’s practically instantaneous. I haven’t worn it enough that I can gauge how well it regulates if you’re going from cold to hot or after working up a sweat , but if you’re looking for something to keep you warm, this will get the job done and then some.
