It's soft, warm and the seems are not scratchy. The fabric drapes nicely and its thick enough to wear as an outer shirt (if needed) without showing off too much.

Tight fit in the shoulders. I ordered a medium, which was a little tight for me in the shoulders, so I re-ordered a large (I'm 5'8" 125 pounds). I gave the medium to my friend (who usually wears a small) and she wore it every time i saw her the next two weeks.
