If you get the correct size these creepers stay on better than anything else (four or five others, including Yak Traks) I have had. No heel spikes, but I have been walking on a slope of sheer ice with no slips.

I'm surprised at how easy they are to put on and take off, but mostly I'm surprised at how effective they are! Now we'll see if they are durable when used on city streets.

Fantastic little traction aids! I used them for the first time this weekend and they worked flawlessly on ice covered trails and a frozen river. They stayed on and provided great confidence in my traction.

They are very compact and lightweight so I've carried them for 2 years as "just in case" gear during the shoulder seasons.

I like to walk and stay active in the winter and these solve the slipping problem. I wear a 9 1/2 women, and the purple pair work on various footwear. Make sure you really get them on over the toe, or you'll loose them. I look down once in a while to see if they are still there. The purple makes this easier.
