It's thinner than other shells I've owned and definitely more fitted, and it seems good for warmer weather and/or aerobic activities. It keeps you dry though, and the hood has a nice shape to it. The only thing I'd add is pit zips, although this shell is pretty breathable so it's not really a big deal. Also the pockets aren't waterproof - the jacket comes with a note saying not to put water-sensitive items in the pockets as they could get wet.

The waterproofing is excellent and the hood is snug. My only qualm is that there isn't an interior pocket for wallet/phone etc.
