Light, but not too light, pretty blue color, not navy blue, but close. As in the picture it is lacy in some parts which you can see through, but all lower area of skirt. Would look great with western boots or even some wedges.

Holy cow was I wrong. This is now my favorite skirt. It is comfortable, well made and fits great.
